Take a Break…. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Sometimes as adults we need to hit the reset button. Taking a day for your mental health can feel like, opening Pandora’s Box. Working a 9-5 Monday-Friday can get exhausting and aggravating.

Going through the same motions day by day. Sometimes you might need that break in the MIDDLE of the week. Almost like staying home sick from school when you really weren’t sick.

It just felt good to know that the rest of the world is busy, and I get to stay home and enjoy my life. The life that I work so hard to provide for myself day by day.

Now I wouldn’t suggest that you do this often, but it helps the mind to take a break from your routine. But I suggest that you do something useful with your time.

Things you can do on your Mental Health Day

A walk (or run) through the park.

Watch Netflix and Eat Taco Bell.

Check out your local “Things to do” on Groupon.

Get a Massage.

Look for opportunities to create an additional form of income.

As you can see. There are plenty of things to do on your day off (Mental Health Day). Just make sure you enjoy yourself!
